Fenntessa: This year's collection is inspired by sports. Do you have a favourite sport or physical activity? Can you describe some of the things you do to stay healthy, happy and swimsuit ready
Emily: My favourite sport is basketball & I love to run around the seawall. Currently, I'm interning at a yoga retreat in Costa Rica. So, I've been very fortunate to be able to practice yoga, swim, drink lots of the filtered spring water, eat 3 nutrient-dense vegan meals each day, wake up with the sun and go to sleep with the sun. I've felt very happy & healthy while being here - I'm sure the vitamin D really helps!
Fenntessa: We all have to eat. But what are your fave foods when you're trying to stay in tip top shape? On the other hand, What is your favourite junk food?
Emily: My favourite health food is hummus and veggies. I love snacking so this is a great option for me to control my hunger, with a good balance of carbohydrates, fats and protein. My other favourite food is popcorn.
Fenntessa: We know you are all ‘Super Babes’, but what about super powers? If you could have one super power what would it be?
Emily: To teleport, there are so many places I'd love to see in the world.
Fenntessa: We LOVE to travel. What's the best vacation you've ever taken?
Emily: Costa Rica!! Jungle, waterfalls, surf, beach, monkeys, and delicious food - it's been life changing.
Fenntessa: Any words to live by or special quote?
Emily: I'm a nutritionist so I really believe in the quote, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" - Hippocrates.
