Fenntessa Exchange Policy
New, unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit with 14 days of receiving your package within Canada. ALL U.S. orders are Final Sale.
Merchandise must be in original conditions with all tags and liners still attached
All sale items are FINAL SALE
We want to support our customers by making the exchange and store credit process as seamless as possible. Return shipping labels will now be provided.
All Exchanges will incur a $20 restocking fee. These changes are keeping with our small business practices and our commitment to sustainability with conscious consumption in mind.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR PACAKGE:
We will ship out your order through Canada Post or UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once the carrier has picked up you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note we do not ship out on weekends and holidays.
Please email us at inquires@fenntessa.com if your package does not arrive within 10 days of order being placed and we will check the tracking. Please note: we do not take responsible for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
